JULY 4 & 5 Class Schedule
Below are the only classes on offer:

Saturday July 4
8:30am - Yoga Hour
10:00am - Intermediate
11:30am - Basics

Sunday July 5
9:30am - Advanced
11:15am - Basics
12:45pm - Yoga for Runners
2:30pm - Mindful
4pm - Advanced
6:00-8:00pm - WORKSHOP: Radical Rest w/Lindsey Britt

We appreciate early signup for classes but it is not necessary.

NEW STUDENTS: Please create an account before attending your first class and feel free to purchase your New Student 2 weeks Unlimited Package online (it will initiate with your first class).
