Vinyasa is a yoga practice that links traditional yoga postures with movement and breath. The union creates a class that is flowing, meditative and easily self-modified to create the degree of challenge that is appropriate for you on any given day. New and experienced students practice side by side as teachers design classes that challenge and inspire all levels. Most often there is music accompanying class. schedule
